Looking for a different restaurant in Badajoz, we came across La bistrologica and the experience could not have been better. We liked the minimalist decoration a lot, as well as the small details in the dishes, very careful. Special mention of the Ajoblanco, the mussels and the prickly pear sorbet. The portions are not scarce, as I have read in a previous comment, both the Ajoblanco, as well as the hake and the octopus, leave you well satisfied. Congratulations on everything, we'll be back!!! We went in for an anniversary dinner and was extremely disappointed. First, the place leaves a lot to be desired, no special atmosphere, all white and very flat. Afterwards, if you're on the terrace, it's a simple patio table on the street, so I don't recommend it if it's not for having a beer.
