"Very unhappy with my experience at this Starbucks. I came in expecting normal, friendly service, but instead I was treated very rudely. The girl at the counter with blonde and green hair had a bad attitude from the start — no greeting, no respect, and she kept giving me uncomfortable looks. After that, I noticed she was also rude to other customers. It honestly made the whole place feel unwelcoming. Customer service should be much better than this. I won’t be coming back. "Staff did not care, we were not served for 10 mins with no line, Rita was rude and didn’t ask my name for the order or serves partner who was next in line, she just walked away leaving us to wait another 5 mins for the next order. My partner was then charged double for the same thing i ordered and was a whole mess to get refunded, all the staff looked sad and had limited customer service skills. All around just miserable"
