A place that we liked from the past years but it was a big letdown today. The service is nice but since they are short of staff, everything is super slow. We had to ask to get our order taken and wait 20mn between the starter and the main even the wine order was taken wrongly and one cocktail was being forgotten. We finish our main and nobody came for 15mn so we left. The food is extremely salty and not so great. I had the duck which was 2 small pieces with mash potatoes which was more like a soup. Really heartful and authentic gourmet South American fare. Everything on the menu is excellent and inspired. Perfect for sharing tapas style. Incredibly fresh ingredients. Lots of gluten-free options. Warm and passionate staff. Chef from Colombia. We had a lot of great food in Zermatt, but this was the only place we came back in the same trip. So worth it. Try the half baked cheesecake for dessert.

Fantastic location in an ancient house, with super beautiful interior design by Heinz Julen. The cuisine is creatively playful, with a focus on South American specialties (the products used are locally produced). The service is very nice and courteous, but cannot quite keep up with the high level of the cuisine. Would eat there again in a heartbeat!

Very friendly service. The sharing concept was explained and everything came straight from the grill on the terrace. Each dish was explained when served and it was very tasty and fresh. The restaurant is not directly in the pedestrian zone, which makes the outdoor terrace particularly cozy. Definitely worth a visit! Reserva una mesa ahora

The food and service were excellent, the prices commensurate with the quality provided. I was very happy to find 100% South American products that I didn't think could be found in this part of the world, a very nice surprise. Without a doubt a place to return.

So delicious, we came back two consecutive days! Unique and refined take on South American cuisine. Every bite is exciting. Appreciate the use of local ingredients. Staff is extremely kind and makes you feel like you’re at home!
