I'm surprised with all the good ratings of this place. Visited from Toronto and decided to try the restaurant on a Friday evening, yet our experience at the 2010 restaurant was a great disappointment. We tried to make a reservation by chat, email and phone and no one got back to us either way, so we decided to walk-in. When I told the manager this, he simply laughed it off and said that if we didn't get a response we didn't get a reservation. This caught me off guard and reflected on his unprofessional and rude demeanor. They placed us at a wiggly table and we felt completely ignored. I had the most terrible experience here for my birthday. that was my third time to be here and it was horrible all three times. the staff was rude, and we were placed on a very terrible seat. when we were asked to be moved or accommodated, they refused. eating is terrible sucked and the drinks are terrible. the manager was less than helpful. it is a place to go for the views, but nothing else. the food and customer service is extremely terrible. I can't believe they have good reviews.

absolutely top brands for 20th city eatery. the ambiente and the atmosphere were excellent, the service was fantastic and the eating was first class. the quality, presentation, creativity and taste of the dishes were exceptional. there was a lot of thoughts placed in each of the plates. 20th city offers a second to none, the best culinary experience. highly recommended.

great crabcake! good service. I ordered beef for main dish, the meat without exaggeration was more than 90% fat. I had to dig and eat on the look for a piece of meat. definitiw overpriced.
