The Jalapeno Poppers were very delicious, and their dipping sauce (like a honey mustard? complimented them very well. The Pollo Fundido was tender, moist, well seasoned, and accompanied by plenty of veggies. The beans were a little salty for our palate but went well with their softer rice. It was also nice that the to go order came with a bag of chips and fresh salsa. I would definitely order the Jalapenos Poppers again! No issues with service, and the order was right on time, thank you!
Food was too expensive for the portion given, not to say it wasnt good, because it had good flavor. Got a mixed fajitas for more than $30. There was more bell peppers and onions than meat. There was enough meat to feed my 4 year old son. If you want great portions for decent prices, go to Parker to Casita or los Volcanes, one mixed fajitas there fed myself and 2 older hungry kids with leftovers.
The taste of the food is good but it could improve a lot since it is a Mexican restaurant the flavor falls short. I asked for a mushroom sauce and it came dry and tasteless. I had to add lemon and salt to make it look like it really is. The person who served us lost interest in serving us when we spoke to him in Spanish. Very bad since it is a Mexican restaurant.
I like the food but the place is way overpriced. $6.25 for a tall beer, BW Wings is $4.50. Update 2/2024. Pricing is getting worse and still going up. Many places are starting to reduce prices. Haven't been to a 3 Margaritas in years. Brought the family in for dinner and will definitely be coming back again. The food was very good. Joel, our server was amazing. Can't wait to come back again.
I had a wonderful time with my dear husband. Parking is available in the shopping center, so there's plenty of space beyond what you find directly in front of the restaurant.
Nothing like a yummy horchata on a hot summer day. Lunch was fresh and came out hot. Ivory was really nice and helpful. We sat at a table that had a view of SouthShore.
