First time guests here. Food was fantastic, service was not. We only ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie, an iced latte, chocolate danish, and two Avenue sandwiches. Our drinks were out fast and the dessert was in the case but it took the staff 40 minutes to make our food and one of the sandwiches were wrong so it had to be remade. Great place for coffee, good food items, but you do get what you pay for. A little on the pricey side, but the items are good quality. Crepes, cinnamon rolls, and cup cakes are particularly good. The interior is really stylish, and the service is consistently fantastic with very friendly staff! The coffee and crepes are always perfect. My husband and I drive an hour every few months to visit because we love it so much! Plus, the staff is always accommodating when it comes to custom orders. Food: 5/5

The food was excellent, but the wait time was excessive. We used the drive-thru and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for just 3 crepes and 2 smoothies.
We made a quick stop here on our way to Pigeon Forge and were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service and fantastic coffee.
