62 Worksop Fish

I ordered through deliveroo who completely messed us around *through no fault of Worksop fish bar at all! twice, we were waiting 2 hours for our food and had 2 attempted deliveries which never showed up. When we rang WFB to explain they were absolutely amazing. They very kindly offered to prepare our order again free of charge and give it to us, even though it was not their fault that we hadn’t got out previous 2 lots of food at all. They did not need to do this at all, yet they did and we were so so grateful. The food was absolutely amazing, extremely tasty and excellent portions. We will definitely be returning as both their food and customer service were impeccable. Many thanks to WFB!

DO NOT USE IF WANTING A DELIVERY Ordered on 2 separate occasions 1st time a good while ago it took 1.5 hours to arrive congealed and cold. Tried again as it had been a while and was guaranteed delivery in 40-45 minutes. Rang after 1 hour and was told food had been sitting 15 minutes waiting for a driver, which could be a while. I said I would not accept food that had been left out in a bag waiting for the driver and was told the boss would ring. While on the phone almost 1.5 hours after ordering the driver arrived meaning the food had been in the bag 30 minutes. I said I wouldn't accept it and was told as they had other orders it would be another 40 minutes. I told them to forget it.

Food is horrible, went in for my order and they was too busy talking and taking calls I waited 15 mins for just chips and sausage. The chips was cold and was highly unimpressed was more bothered about the phone orders to actually do my food when I ordered ! Wouldn’t go back food tasted so bland too

Order threw Just eat, delivery was delayed, Called the restaurant, Shocking response from restaurant really rude response I think this restaurant is really expensive to compare other fish and chips shops

Worst fish&chips I ever had. Fish tasted like it was washed in some cleaning solution. Had two bites and went straight to bin. Never ever going back there
