I wasn’t very impressed with my stay. I came here for an event, and I wouldn’t choose this place on my own.
Let’s start with the positives: my room in the Tower is quite nice. It's comfortable, and I have to say, the shower is one of the best I’ve ever used in a hotel. Even though there’s a singing group in the next room, it’s manageable; the noise is just faint enough.
Now, onto the negatives: the major issue is that my room overlooks the parking garage. Between 11 and 11:30 at night, it sounds like there’s either a shift change or a series of car thieves because there’s a constant barrage of honking. We had the Chicken Riggies, which I would rate 5/5—it was my first time trying it, and I absolutely loved the flavor profile. The lasagna was decent at 4/5 but could use a bit more seasoning. The Eggplant Parmesan and Arancini both earned a 5/5 for their outstanding flavors. The house salad was a bit of a letdown at 3/5; the dressing was overly sour for my taste. The complimentary bread was quite nice, earning a 4/5. I highly recommend the Pera Fragola and Butterfly Razberi lemonade—both were fantastic and offered great portions.

The first day when I went out to Turning Stone casino, it was awful. B4 I went there a few months ago my aunt told me not to go to Turning Stone casino, cause they had lost all there money. But da only reason why I went out therebecause it was my birthday, I would not give this sorry ass casino a 5 star, or 4 star. Not a great experience. The rooms in both the Lodge and Tower were good, so no complaints there. They advertise Skana as an elite massage venue, but it didn't live up to the hype. We had an early flight to Syracuse, and there were no cars, Ubers, Lyfts, or taxis available before 7 AM. The three staff members we approached were unwilling to assist us, and the hotel offered no solutions for guests needing to leave before 6 AM. However, the valet staff, who are from a third-party company unrelated to the hotel, were fantastic and helped us find a solution.
Overall, I would rate the following:

The Hotel at Turning Stone Casino. We were doing construction ar our house so I stayed in the older main casino hotel. I would give the check in staff a 5, the room cleanliness a 5, the lap pool and jacuzzi a 5. However I gave the room a 3 rating. For the price there should have been a microwave and or a small refrigerator in the room.m I did not sleep good for either night. Tossing and turning on the way to soft mattress. The bed was crisp and clean but Uncomfortable. i am sure they will upgrade soon, because they usually keep everything so fresh and new there. if not they should lower the price considerably.
I booked this hotel a month in advance for an event and tried to book dinner reservations required for groups of 5 or more. After several emails to the accommodation specialists phone calls to the hotel that have just stopped me, I ended the reservations at the hotel dinner that I could not book. I would never stay here! Customer service is terrible!
My wife and I went there for our Anniversary. It was a really nice restaurant other tables were far enough away to give a little privacy. The food and drinks were top notch. We were not rushed at all. It was a very relaxing evening and we will be backagain.
Food was excellent! Everything was cooked to order. Portions were just right, not too big or too small. Wait staff were very friendly and accommodating. Look forward to going again.
