I had a wonderful experience with the customer service here. They always offer to help carry my water or bags to the car. However, I would advise staying away from the 7-11 at Ridge and Noel in North Arlington. I encountered an issue there, and when I asked if the manager was available, all the employees became defensive. There was no manager on site. The owner eventually called me weeks later, but I couldn't understand what he was saying. Unfortunately, my issue remains unresolved.
One of the best experiences I've had! Arsyn, the staff member there, is always welcoming and professional. My pickup orders are always ready when I arrive, so I never have to wait. Nick, who works the evening shift, is also fantastic—very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you for the wonderful service!
I visited the restaurant at 5:45 on a Wednesday and ordered a few taquitos. The cashier who assisted me and my daughter was incredibly nice. He was friendly, polite, and had a relaxed demeanor. It was the best customer service I've ever experienced. I’m really glad to see such a fantastic employee there!
