I had a very unpleasant experience at this location because of a staff member who was quite rude. She treated the customers poorly, which led me to decide to stop visiting this 7-Eleven. I live right across from the freshman center, so it's disheartening to have to look for a new go-to spot because of her behavior. I wanted to bring this to the manager's attention. It 's the worst customer service I have experienced- the evening shift They stand at the counter, completely ignore you for a few minutes, then tell you to swing back, on getting back, they tell you they have no change to assist with your needs I see aperson named 'owner ' responding to the queries but nothing is done- there are complaints there since 2020, and all I have readremind me of similar experience, this is 2021! It 's ridiculous

DO NOT GO HERE! It appears to be getting worse by the day. They tend to overcharge you when it's time to pay the bill! Additionally, the Indian woman on the noon shift on Wednesdays has an unpleasant attitude and lacks good people skills.

7-Eleven used to offer competitive gas prices, but they are quite high now. For one of the larger 7-Eleven locations in the area, the drink and food menu is disappointing, with poor stock and limited variety.
