I even asked for a refund since I was still in the store, but she refused to process it. Frustrated, I left the sandwich I had purchased on the counter and took a photo to document it. I plan to initiate a charge-back with American Express for this transaction and will be filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Affairs department. I will also share my experience on various review platforms. This kind of treatment towards customers is completely unacceptable. It’s simply intolerable in today’s world.
There are no restrooms available for customers. The excuse is that the bathroom is broken. If that's the case, how do the staff manage during their shifts? It's quite unreasonable, especially considering the high prices you're charging. You should use your profits to better serve your customers, especially during these times of inflation.
The staff is always helpful and friendly, which I appreciate. I would love to give them five stars, but unfortunately, they often run out of cream—any kind of cream—for my coffee.

This restaurant should be closed. The coffee is very old, and the employees seem indifferent to the customers. Overall, it's just not acceptable.
Night staff doesn't know how to correctly input items into the register. They do not know how to use rewards or 7Eleven Wallet Pay.
This 7Eleven has a few items I love that other 7Elevens do NOT carry. Staff is always very nice to me, never had an issue.
This place feels really untrustworthy and tries to overcharge you. I recommend finding a different restaurant.

Every time I come to this store for a hot dog, the bun is always cold, so different from other stores!
I primarily visit for snacks, and the staff is very courteous.
