I ordered my daughter?s birthday cake here, unfortunately got sick and had to request a different date for a pick up. I dealt with Teresa who was so kind and extremely understanding. She communicated with me by email, put me so at ease about having toreschedule, and overall was so nice and helpful, the cake came out beautiful and I couldn?t thank Teresa enough for being sosweet! Will definitely order here again!
This carvel is excellent. The location is great and the people are friendly. We especially like the Wednesday night promotion buy on get one free sundaes. It is a very clean location and the girls here work really hard. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I’m dasher door. I should pick up delivery about 7:42 pm, but was late about 8:05 pm. I was waiting for 20 minutes inside. I lost my work time. Horrible service this store!!!

They advertised it as vanilla ice cream, but what I received was actually a mix of half and half with chocolate.
love this carvel! despina and lizzie are always kind and aren’t cheap with the toppings. definitely 5 stars!
I think they like to put the bare minimum of toppings on sundaes and in carvalances and dashers
