When he asked how my day was going, I mentioned feeling heartbroken because they didn't have the item I wanted. Going above and beyond, he took it upon himself to ensure I received what I was craving. His kindness and dedication turned my day around. This level of customer service is truly rare and deserves recognition. Thank you for making my day so much brighter!
I enjoyed the service and the food, but the cleanliness of the restaurant needs improvement. The armchairs are broken, and the tables are wobbly. Additionally, there are no sun curtains, which affects the overall ambiance. I believe they should prioritize enhancing the atmosphere of the place. On a positive note, the takeout food was quite good!
This bakery is fantastic! In my opinion, it's one of the best out there. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive. The customer service is outstanding, and everything is made fresh daily. My order was ready exactly as promised, and the cakes taste amazing! Highly recommend!
