After a long hike at Fillmore State Park, we were starving and eager to find a cool spot to relax and enjoy a meal. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant! The owner was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his work. Although I was craving a classic chocolate shake, he offered a variety of gourmet options, including salted caramel, white chocolate cherry, and root beer. I ordered a build-your-own Swiss mushroom burger with a side of onion rings, and it was fantastic! The food was served hot, the shakes were refreshingly cold, and the place was clean and tidy. If you're looking for delicious food in the Groton-Moravia area, you definitely need to check this place out!
We visited this charming little restaurant around 3 p.m. after our hike at Fillmore Glen State Park. The owner warmly welcomed us and promptly seated us. I was particularly impressed when he came over to tell us about the menu. It featured an interesting selection of specialty burgers and a variety of other dishes. The restaurant was very clean, which I appreciated. One standout item on the menu was the milkshakes, available in a wide range of flavors—they were absolutely delicious! Our food arrived in a timely manner and was truly excellent. The pulled pork was fantastic, and the burgers were equally tasty. We highly recommend stopping by for lunch or dinner!
We experienced an ant infestation while seated in a booth, with ants crawling out of the woodwork, so we decided not to dine in. Instead, we opted for takeout and paid for our order because we want to support local businesses. However, when we were informed that leftover food on the floor was attracting the ants and nothing was being done about it, we were disappointed with the poor customer service. This issue should have been addressed immediately. After leaving, we ended up throwing the food away and going to a different restaurant to eat.
We just ordered dinner from the Groton Burger Shack and all I can say is W-O-W! Not only do they taste really really REALLY good, fresh burger, juicy, and charbroiled, but they'reH-U-G-E!!!!!!. With the way the economy has been we've all seen higher prices and smaller sizes. Not here! I'm going to have the meat sweats tonight because there's so much!If you want a big juicy burger.... you'll order from the Groton Burger Shack

Gross soggy frozen burger. Covered in mustered. Called back for refund and blamed me for the way I ordered lol. Don't do delivery if you can't package it correctly. Another gross restaurant in groton.
This place must have changed hands a few times because the current menu is not the one on the internet. My onion rings were over cooked and $12 burgers don't come with fries, but they are delicious.
Your shrimp po boy was so good!!! The New Orleans sauce was fabulous and the shrimp pieces were perfectly cooked. It was a lot of food too!! I loved it, thank you!!!
Had an awesome milkshake (Chocolate Covered Cherry), built my own burger, and ordered fries.It was a very good meal. Definitely will be going back.

Very nice people. I had a simple cheeseburger. Very tasty. The onion rings were spot on. Crispy outside, cooked well inside.
Huge, tasty burgers. Onion rings are topnotch as well. Neighborhood burger joint with friendly service.
