Fast food drive thru service forgot a sandwich that was part of my order. The cashier assured my order was complete. I I understand that the entire team needs to get the order processed within a short amount of time, however the person who checked the order missed the crispy chicken sandwich.The staff attempted to cram 2 meal orders and the missing chicken sandwich into a very small bag. Perhaps KFC could provide bigger bags so the order can be easily seen. Would give them minus stars if possible. Ordered on line, arrived at pick up time. When they finally got to me in line, was told they were going to work on it next (25 minutes after I ordered). Okay I get it is is not really busy but might be lacking staff. Finally they finish my order. Which by te way was very expensive for fast food. Got home. order when I entered and bought the 16-part family meal. it was at 19:30. they were made of chicken breast that I didn't want anyway, so it was okay. it came with 4 pages. I chose 2 kartoffels and gravy, cole Slav and pommes. they gave me the soda I had asked for my meal before I left, I had to ask for my 2nd gravitation. they gave me only one if I had received two. except that the service was great, eating was amazing and it didn't take too long as I ordered to get my food. family loved it. win for mama!

I go to the Groton location once, twice a year, and every time I am disappointed. Ive ordered online, drive through, and inside, and I swear... EVERY TIME THE SCREW UP THE ORDER! Walked in to order. No one seemed happy to be there. Service without a smile. Just shy of surly. No thank you or acknowledgement at all. Took our money and nothing said. No smile or pleasantries at all.The interior seemed pretty clean, but no one was sitting inside
KFC is a great place to get chicken at it is nice and juicy and tender and the seasonings they use are outstanding the personnel inside are very helpful and they get your meal properly and on time
I'm a diabetic, they had only one basic menu, all fried eating! no grilled chicken or sweet, like other places. this is a millennium area health is important for families and service people.
