The chicken cutlets were tough and hard to enjoy. The eggplant parmigiana came without pasta, which I could overlook, but at $12.99 for a lunch portion, it felt overpriced. As for the rice balls, I’m not sure you can really call them that, as mine consisted of just 1.5 pieces (they were cut in half; who serves rice balls this way?). The only highlight was the cannoli, which had a fantastic cream filling.

I had high expectations but was quite disappointed. I ordered my favorite dish, orecchiette with rapini and sausage. This pasta is at its best when handmade, so all the flavors blend perfectly. They might want to take a page from Jerry's in Englewood for inspiration.
A G Italian Fine Foods is a genuine Italian deli offering exceptional hot and cold sandwiches, along with delicious hot dishes. They also provide catering services. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Without a doubt, the best deli in Northern Middlesex County!
I would rate it around 4.5 stars. Everything was wonderful, except for the pasta salad, which was a bit bland, with the chicken being the only flavorful element.
Great food, clean environment, and friendly staff. A bit expensive, but the quality makes it worthwhile.
