I really do not enjoy leaving less than favorable reviews. A bit of a mixed review with some of the 5 of us liking certain things while others didn?t. That said, Mexican food holds a special place in my heart so I hold my Mexican food to very highstandard. My wife?s dish was the better of the two but she actually is Mexican and couldn?t eat them. My son DID like them andended up eating them because he didn?t care for what he ordered which was the enchilada. He called it a big blob. I tried themeat from the tacos... They were not busy at all two tables, with customers, on the patio and two inside (including my wife and I). Waited a while for server to take our order and food came after a wait. We noticed a table full of staff visiting and laughing, while we were waiting for our food. Food was mediocre at best. Server never came back to check on us, nor were we ever offered refills. When we finished our meal, it took a long while for the server to bring us the bill. No question as to how our meal was, etc. It appears that employees are more interested in joking and laughing, amongst themselves and ignoring customers, rather than serving patrons who are paying high prices for mediocre food which pays thei...
We went Saturday afternoon for lunch, party of 6. Service was a bit slow, seemed that there was only one server on. It got pretty busy while we were waiting for her to come back and take out order. Once we told her we had an appt we had to be at she got our order in quickly. The food was ok, came out as ordered but didn't seem to have much flavor. I had the burrito and the rice, beans and meat seemed to be under seasoned. The salsa and chips to start were great. Everyone else in our party enjoyed what they ordered, fajitas, fajita nachos and enchiladas. The cheese dip was also very good.
It is not Acapulco, but this experience (and possibly the place). Our service was HORRIBLE. The server seemed super annoyed to help us from the ride. She seemed to be in a hurry, but the place was quite empty. We made jokes that she would forget our orders because she doesn't really write everything down and just rushed, super rude. And yes, she ordered a few people in the end, not a huge shock. Anyway, definitely not a great experience. My food was good, but the experience dumped me.

The service was excellent. Very attentive wait staff. For the most part, the food was ok. Nothing spectacular, but decent. However, the kids in our group ordered the fresh fruit cup with their meals, and they all received clearly not fresh strawberries. The best of the strawberries were mushy and past rheir prime, and several had mold actually growing on them. We asked for a replacement, but never received anything, and we were charged full price for the meal. Will not eat here again.
We got out of here half a dozen times. That was our first experience. I like this place very much. We ate on the terrace. Serving sizes are generous. Service was very good. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was a complete meal from our order on another occasion. After the announcement they offered two free dinners on our next order. Very fair. Drink prices were average for our area.
I really like my local Acapulcos been going here for years. Great clean location. Friendly staff and fast service. I love going here in the summer and sitting on the patio with a margarita ?!!! Good food and nice relaxing atmosphere. ?
We ate outside in their fabulous seating area. They have amazing food have lots of vegetarian options don't skimp on the veggies when you order. The tacos are great. They start you with chips salsa. Yum!

I have been going there for years. This trip was underwhelming. Didn't get what I ordered and the food was literally refrigerator cool. They did get it fixed but no apology for the inconvenience.
Visited Acapulco today for lunch and sat in the bar. The food is amazing and the bartender is phenomenal. Thank you for the excellent service and the wonderful food.
