Right off the bat, they were kind and attended us well with the chips and salsa. Once we were ready to take our orders, the guy didn’t take our order correctly, and gave me a plain burrito when I had asked if they can put the sour cream inside rather than outside. When I noticed that it was plain, I asked if it didn’t come with rice and beans inside(because there was rice and beans served outside, but I thought that was separate from the burrito… nope, he said that it was a do it yourself sort of thing which is really stupid. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed. The staff welcomed us warmly, and a young man named Juan Herrera introduced himself and graciously offered his assistance. We really appreciated his friendly personality and attentive service. Thank you so much!
