I worked at this restaurant for almost a year and the whole time I was mistreated by not only the managers but the owner and bullied by grown adults when the owner was told that the managers were stealing tips he simply did nothing there were multiple complaints put against the managers by almost all of the staff and the owner still always said he would side with the manager. Overall the food and service was TERRIBLE I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you are extremely desperate, but even then your better off getting something from Taco Bell. Food- The shredded Chicken was dry and way too salty. The soft shell was very basic, flavorless, and even a little soggy. The taco was topped with a huge pile of soggy, flavorless lettuce and a HUGE amount of salty, soggy, nasty kraft looking cheese. I had to take out almost all of the cheese to make it edible. Having moved back to Grandville a could years ago I have been eating Adobe once in awhile again. I have sampled some more of the menu than I had in the past, but that being said I can say it is a firm 3. Pros: I have never had an inaccurate order from here. The food is always warm and seems to be fresh (at least for fast food standards). Cons: The taste of the food. Everything is still so bland. I really enjoy dining at this restaurant, but the takeout service has been disappointing lately. I usually order one enchilada with meat sauce, which comes with chips and salsa. Unfortunately, in the last four weeks, all four of my orders have been incorrect. One came with red sauce instead of meat sauce, another didn’t include any chips or salsa, one lacked utensils and salsa, and one was mistakenly sent as a burrito. If the management is reading this, please note that your takeout service needs improvement. From now on, I will check my order before leaving to avoid further disappointments. Ordered 3 tacos with onion and cilantro was charged for it but didn't get either, tortilla was cold the meat was cold the rice was coagulated and disgusting the beans were just awful. Worst taco I've ever had in my entire life no exaggeration. I've had far better from Taco Bell.
The service here is always friendly! The chips and cheese are amazing, and we all really enjoy the burritos. This is the best American-style Mexican food in West Michigan.
Ordered a wet burrito thru the drive thru and no silverware. Called them and she said thank you for letting us know and hung up. I won't be going back any time soon.
