The steaks use to be out of this world. Cooked perfectly came with Truffle butter,and potatos were loaded mashed or baked. Always got jalapeño poppers as well. Now steaks come different levels of burnt, no truffle butter , potato was bone dry and appeared to be a couple days old. Was not offered any thing to go on my burnt steak or potato but when asked for atleast butter and sour cream she returned with butter sour cream cheese and bacon bits . Was nice jester , but the cheese was nasty and chemical smell on bacon and potato. Second time in less than a month we ate here and food was trash. The drinks we sampled were outstanding, and we found our new favorite local beverage: the Coconut Mojito. The appetizer we tried, Fried Avocado, was equally impressive. However, there were a few downsides to our experience. We also ordered the poppers, which were just average at best. Additionally, the entree selection was somewhat limited. We opted for the Chicken Fried Chicken on this occasion. While it was good, I wouldn't categorize it as great—this is purely a personal preference, as it might very well become someone else's favorite dish.

Definitely Not what i Expected, The Burger Bun was So hard i wanted to go back and return my food besides also being cold, the burger was pretty much plain i thought it was supposed to have bacon but it didnt, pretty much they gave me was a plain burger yes i asked for jalapeños on the side but not even the lettuce tomato pickle on the side, the fries where soggy and food was cold. Chips and queso were ok the cheese was very watered down didnt taste the same... Very Disappointed with my food, Specially for the price i spent, Id expect to eat a good meal....
As others have noted, this place is a delightful hidden gem in a small New Mexican town. The interior has a touch of elegance, while the outdoor seating offers a more laid-back vibe. We visited around 6 PM on a Friday with our kids, and the outdoor area didn’t have a typical "bar" feel. The food was outstanding, featuring kid-friendly chicken and waffles, a tasty steak for the kids, the New Mexico Strip, and the Dr. Pepper Lamb, which was exceptional. Our server, Brandi, was very attentive and quickly addressed all of our requests.

Adobe Rose is a fantastic restaurant with incredible food prepared by Chef Chloe. The drinks are so good that they could almost be a meal on their own—definitely try the Pina Colada! The food is consistently excellent, and the owner, Tom, is a genuinely nice person. They host live music on the weekends and special events on Wine Down Wednesdays. Give them a try; I promise you’ll have a great time!
The Blue Corn Taco Salad is great and the 1/2 Meatloaf is plenty. The Pecan smoked old fashion is fun and they have Shiner Bock! Their ice cream and cheesecake are worth a try also. A grand meal!
