on Saturday night it was very quiet. this place was earlier to save. we were not yet time and had to book or wait. but we were standing up and were shown directly on one. we were...pronounced a lot of time to peruse the menu, and the waiters answered all asking patiently. we had poppadome to begin, plus a selection of starters shared...then shared a curry. all starters were excellent. we had chicken corai, which was very, very mild (as mild as a corma), not even a medium-sized curry. it would have done with more spicy. but it was tasty and beautifully presented and we left the restaurant full to burst! the place looks a little tired and the rows of tables in the middle looks very school cant...
the restaurant is located in a barn conversion in a rural environment with magnificent views of the surrounding hills. it has a large parking lot. we have visited past places and really enjoyed eating. Unfortunately, the food was not at this opportunity. the previous standard. the chicken tandoori lacked taste and the garnish dish was chewing. I'm not sure what went wrong here, but hopefully it's a temporary problem.
We visited the Agra on a Sunday and opted for the buffet. Not a help your self option but a range of dishes served at your table. Both starter and main courses were very good. We did order an extra starter, the lamb chops, they...were very tasty. My only comment would be as it is a buffet maybe offer 3 dishes from a selection of 5/6 rather than just the fixed 3 main courses. Recommended for a good value Sunday meal.
When first opened after relaxation rules, portions were small, been twice since starting with poppadoms and chutney which were great then Madras for Mrs mouse and chicken tandoori garlic for myself, both excellent and enough to fill both mice, good service but pricey but so...is everything nowadays.

Went for my tea on a Thursday night and it was outstanding, lovely service and lively food I can't wait to go back. Its such a star in a small area and this place shines well dine to the staff who was excellent and well...done to the chefs the food was excellent. Can't wait to return!
the staff was very friendly and welcoming. there was a great selection of dressed on their menu, everything from starters to a whole series of Indian dressed and rice to try. the food was delicious and we all really enjoyed our eating,
Fantastic restaurant. Visited with a large group (table of 24) for my sister in laws birthday and I can't fault it. Service was great, food delicious and the staff couldn't do enough to help. Will definitely visit again.
