Akita Sushi - Reserva de mesa

I've tried to give this establishment many chances before writing a negative review. This is the last chance. I ordered using their online platform (Order on the Go) Akita called me once the order had gone through on my end that they were not able to confirm the order and I must place an order over the telephone and pay again. I was a little apprehensive about paying again but they assured me a refund would be issued in the next couple days. So I agreed to place the order over the telephone and pay when I pick up my order. I waited several days before returning to the restaurant asking for my refund because I did not get it back. No one there spoke English until I asked for someone who did....

Just had dinner with family on Mar. 16 Saturday for my kid birthday, we placed order on quite few things and somehow the items never show up and the waitress didn't notify us, we have to ask them and they said they give other table by accident, but why not notify us or tell Kitchen to remakes, they want us to reorder which we did aftarr, but it completely disappointed. The quality of off also not ask good and fresh as should be. Not recommend.

Absolutely loved akita, the food came out fresh and quickly. Someone the flavors were new and unique compared to what I've tried at other sushi restaurants. I almost didn't come because of the rating, I'm so glad I decided to give it a shot. Well worth it!!!! Good foor fair price. Only complaint is that two times now we've received our order incomplete or wrong, but given that it is all you can eat, we just needed to remember what we asked for and asked for it again... the wrong food well... we eat it too and it was no bad. Love the maki and sushi, so fresh and tasty. Disappointed in portion sizes for teriyakis, used to be a full chicken breast, for example and now just a few pieces. The go to ' sushi place in Bradford. Staff work hard , good selection at lunch . Great variety of sushi, tepanyaki, terriyaki .... You can safely bring one of those friends who will never eat sushi . Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
