Al Dente Pizza Pasta Grill

We definitely wouldn't choose to sit on the patio. There were vines growing everywhere, which would attract bugs and spiders. The cutlery looked cheap, like it was from a dollar store. The glasses were old and etched, they looked dirty. My pasta was awful, the noodles were too thick and hard. The chicken dish had a pool of oil at the bottom. My husband's hamburger had to be sent back because it was raw inside. We tried it twice but won't be returning. The interior could use some updating. We never see any cars or people going in.

We fancied pizza while in Brantford area and went with the TripAdvisor rating. Al Dente looks like a tiny restaurant on the corner of a commercial block, but inside it's big, spacious and didn't disappoint. The staff were super friendly and the pizza was excellent. The craft beer selection was good too.

We love Al Dente but our go-to favourite of Thai Chicken Penne was less than stellar yesterday. No mushrooms, too many peppers and watery sauce. Not sure why they changed their recipe but we won’t order that again

I absolutely loved this restaurant. It was my first time visiting, as my daughter recommended it to me, and I'm so glad we decided to go. The service and the food were both excellent.

Absolutely fantastic food! Ray and his family are awesome. The staff have been with Al Dente for a long time. That says a lot! Eat here!
