Alba In Qu - Reserva de mesa

I recently moved to Quincy center and I have been to Alba three times with the hope that the next visit will be better but I was completely wrong. This is the only reason why I’m leaving this review. This time around I sat at the bar for 10m, waiting to order a drink but I was ignored. One bartender said hello and asked if I need anything I gave him my drink order and he never made my drink or looked my way. After another 5m of waiting for my drink (keep in mind the bar wasn’t even busy) I ended up leaving. Food, drinks and roof atmosphere were good. But last night women’s room was out of soap all night! Me and someone else in my group told staff on two different occasions, then I heard another women in the bathroom saying she was going to tell someone. But it was never refilled. Pretty gross and unacceptable for a restaurant, I can only assume the servers were washing their hands with just water that night.

Very attentive service. We only had to wait ~30 minutes for a 4 top on a very busy Saturday evening on the rooftop. The Lobster roll and clams were exceptional and tasted very fresh. Great menu on the rooftop with quite the variety of drinks and food.

Delicious food. Excellent service from Heather team. The steak was very expensive, though. $55 $50 just for ONE steak was way too high. Side dishes at extra cost. The seafood dish for $38 was just right. Reserva una mesa ahora

Was at their terrace yesterday, I did not have a great experience. It was very hard to get the bartenders attention and the servers did not seem to care. Do not recommend.

Great atmosphere and service. But the entrees and drinks were not that great for being a bit pricey. Appetizers were really good though, especially the calimari.
