Food is great and always tastes amazing. But the reason I'm not rating it higher is due to the staff. No one has ever been at the hostess stand when we enter and every time we've had to seat ourselves. We usually just go to the bar at this point since someone is usually working it. Today was the first time we were ever given a drink menu which had prices listed on it. Very nice since it's annoying to figure out beer prices or specials without annoying the bartender, who always acts annoyed. Today was a different staff completely so maybe they got rid or mixed things up. Other downside was a large group of wait staff hanging around the bar area, talking very loudly and cursing. Mediocre to poor food; too many negatives to waste time on this place when there are other great BBQ places in the area. The ribs were obviously cured with nitrites (added and pink all the way through--not the kind that naturally occurs during smoking) and my baked beans were undercooked and nearly crunchy. Our chicken wings had fairly good flavor, but they were hot on the outside and cold in the center. I assume they were microwaved since they appeared at our table about 2 minutes after we ordered. Sauces are nothing special. The service was fine, the place is clean, but if you want good BBQ, go somewhere else.
Over hyped! Pros: Pickle Bar, Turkey Breast was moist, flavorful, and smoky. Sausage was Ok Cons: Everything else. Beans were just gross. Slaw was just wet cabbage. Chopped Brisket dry and flavorless. Bologna was still slimy. Kids Nachos were terrible. Cheese tasted like water. Debris Fries were ok except for the brisket. Mac n cheese was watery. Everything was luke warm at best. After our food came our server disappeared until he brought the check. No one seemed to care really.
Good Q. Good Beer Selection, had the queso brisket appetizer and it was surprisingly good. For dinner had the pulled pork sandwich with fried okra which was also pretty good. Also ordered a 1/2 side of Tulsa style ribs and they were excellent. Would rank Albert G's Ribs right up there with Burn Co's as the best in Tulsa. Burn Co being excellent but like licking a charcoal briquette where as Albert G's being a wood smoke flavor.

I really enjoy the food, with the wings being at the top of my list, but the bar is what I like most about Albert G's. They have a great beer selection and infuse some of their own oak-barrel whiskeys. Go in and try them out! Gavin will walk you through some of the favorites.
I love this place. The service is great and the vibe is cool. In a great part of town. All the food is excellent with special kudos on the drinks and appetizers (try the wings and brisket nachos). Love this place!
Been here a few times, barbecue is good but I think their original location is a bit better in quality. Overall a decent intro to barbecue in Tulsa. Good stop, decent meal.
First off, all you need to care about is that their potato salad is incredibly tasty you need to order a tub to-go AND they have a freakin' PICKLE BAR! YOU
