Alley Twenty Six - Reserva de mesa

I came in for some dinner the hostess was great but when I got to the bar the bartender gave me a water and didn’t speak to me ever again I had to call one over to ask if they had pasta. To which she responded with “no we have risotto” that’s it. So I’m sitting down and a new guest sits next to me and the bartender introduces herself, asks the lady if she had any allergies and was completely attentive to this lady which made me seem like maybe this place isn’t for me. I work in the service industry and no one should feel that way. As I’m sitting here writing this review no one has said anything to me once again mind you I’m at the bar. I’m leaving

I went on Sunday and the hostess was rude and annoying so we didn’t eat here. UPDATE: We made a reservation a Tuesday night and first we got drinks; Gracie on holiday and Chipiona both were very well served and great! Appetizers: the cheese board; unfortunately they didn’t have the three cheeses and the beef tartare. Then we had the spring vegetable risotto which was my favorite and the Alley burger. The service was awesome our waitresses Rob and Shay were professional and kind. The place is really cute and they have tables outside. It was an enjoyable dinner.

This is a classic Durham restaurant! The vibe is emasculate and the food was perfect. I made a reservation via the Google maps option, and noted my hearing issue in the reservation details. The restaurant was so nice to accommodate and wasn’t weird about it. We ordered: (2 people) Cocktails (MANGO PALOMA, TRAVEL AGENT, and an on special mule). COCONUT SHRIMP. SPAM FRIED RICE. THE SPAM BURGER. Total was $104 (including a 25% tip)

Randomly stumbled upon Alley Twenty Six on a trip to Durham. What a lucky find! The cocktails were great and well thought out. We ordered the mussels and a charcuterie board both were wonderful, but the star of the show was the canned mussels that the bartender suggested (sorry I can’t remember his name because he was amazing). Cannot recommend this spot enough. Can’t wait to go back to Durham to eat here again. Reserva una mesa ahora

Stopped in for Sunday lunch and there was live music. They were pretty good but sweet Moses, it was so loud we were yelling over it and could still barely hear and we were about as far away as you could be in the same room. Absolutely insane that no one saw the problem there.

This bar was open late compared to others nearby. Food was amazingly good. Drinks were on point. Service was top notch and the atmosphere was great. Was with a small group but I would go back for a date night just the same.

Best boujee burger in Bull city. Excellent cocktails, wonderful service and foie gras in the burger is fantastic. Really enjoyed sitting at the bar and watching the artful skill of the bar tenders.

Delicious juicy burgers and also really enjoyed the deviled eggs and pate apps. Creative unique cocktails as well.
