I had tried @alloybrewingcompany many times around the cities and at beer festivals, but thought it was about time I actually went to the taproom. Lined with garage doors bringing in some of that MN summer weather and some beautiful flight boards, I of course had a great time. Strawberry Guava Laser Lips: A Sour with strawberries and guava added to the mix. It provided a pleasant medium guava strawberry flavor and sweetness that balanced the medium tartness and medium-low acidity. Taking a sniff gives off high aromas of strawberry. Alloy Brewing Company is just down the road from my bestie's house. So during my most recent Minnesota-venture we made our way there for a couple brews. It just so happened that Alloy Brewing Company was celebrating their anniversary too! Yay! The Space: Located in a strip mall off Coon Rapids Blvd, Alloy Brewing Company features ample parking and a large patio out back. Offering up the perfect space for patrons and food trucks alike. You would never guess that this Brewing Company was once a Jiffy Lube, given its clean and bright interior. Our bartender Chris was friendly, engaging, and very helpful. I loved the variety of beers available. We ordered a flight of six different beers, and Chris mentioned that they are always experimenting with new flavors and using in-season fruit. My favorite was the Blueberry Bourbon Cream Ale, which was incredibly fruity and sweet. We also enjoyed the Mango Banana Earthshake IPA and the Laser Lips kettle sour with pineapple and mango lemonade—this one was clear, crisp, and had just the right amount of sourness. I had an amazing time at this restaurant! The beer selection is outstanding, and the service is exceptional. The food choices come from a variety of rotating food trucks, and you also have the option to bring your own food or order delivery. There are plenty of seating options available, both inside and outside. Don’t forget to visit their website or social media for the latest beer offerings, special events, and the food truck schedule. This is a nicely put together place and great tasting brews. The only thing I didn't like was the turn off but that would be my only problem. I would the most amazing pour in the Iron Kilt. Probably my most favorite pour I have ever had. The stouts are great too. Very friendly and personable. Nice having a local brewery that serves great tastes.

Stopped here in my first night in town, and really enjoyed it! It was Halloween and Bingo night! How fun! Really enjoyed the beer, and the bartenders were very friendly. Bonus for having Tag-a-brew charms (Midwest thing)! More breweries should get on board. The only reason I knew about Alloy was through Tag-a-Brew!

Great selection of beers! Several were too fruity for me but with all the options most will be able to find something they will enjoy. Everyone in our diverse group found something to love Friendly staff and they have a food truck at night for food options. I hope to be back soon!

I absolutely love this brewery; it's our go-to spot in the area. They offer a wonderful selection of options, the service is fantastic, and the patio is great. It can get a bit noisy inside during the winter, but that's my only complaint. Overall, I give it a solid 10/10! Reserva una mesa ahora
