this place was earlier top notch, but the last few years it gets worse and worse. we order almost weekly for our lunch at work and it got so bad that we started picking up so we could check whether it was right and/or nothing was missing. even this has become frustrating because it takes forever when they have messed up the order! the last stray is today when we come there and they (again) do not lay salat in our warm bowls. then they gave me a side of arugula and when we came to the house and opened the container, the salat was penetrated so that I felt it and then came the smell! it was not wet to wash it, it was wet to be rotted! it smells like feces! and to cover it, it was already on my...
I am a regular at this restaurant and have noticed a significant decline in customer service. I believe this is due to staffing issues that are prevalent everywhere. While my orders are still efficient and of high quality, I have consistently found items such as iced coffee/tea, cup tops, and creamer/milk to be empty. This restaurant is located inside a hospital, so many doctors and nurses come in specifically for drink refills and are often frustrated by the lack of these items. The trash bins are frequently overflowing, leading to trash piling up on cabinets. First and Last time I'll order at Panera. Could be this location but the experience was bad enough that I'll never spend my own money at this franchise again. I've had Panera catered at work before and it was good so I thought why not. Did a curbside pickup order and the order was 15+ minutes late. Went inside to get help but was all but ignored by the staff at the counter and the pickup window. Came back outside and someone was aimless wondering outside trying to find me. Brought my food home and found a sandwich that looked like it was put together by a 5 year old. See pictures. Never again.

I awarded a second star only because in general the food has been good when I've actually been able to get it. I've left without making a purchase on last two visits, and I can't see going back to this location again as a result. They just don't seem sufficiently staffed to get to customers waiting to order. Experience might be better using drive-thru or ordering online for pickup, but anyone considering a drop-in for lunch particularly if on limited time would be better served elsewhere. I like Panera's food so disappointed to give up on the place.
Just left there with my salad, mind you it’s in a sealed bag. I get back to work to eat my salad and there’s no fork in there. I guess I’m supposed to eat it with my hands. You have one of the simplest jobs on earth but apparently that’s to hard for these workers smh the laziness of these employees is a joke. Yaw should some better employees it wasn’t even busy so there’s no reason for that mistake.
recently had operations and I love panera suppe for a swallow to eat. today I was delivered another suppe, then I ordered when I called, they quickly fixed the problem and sent out the right order and went over and beyond. thanks!
the manager here is absolutely terrible! she treats her employees awfully and is a narcissist. Even if they served the best food in the world, I wouldn't give them my thing for her. boycott at all costs!

Ordered pick 2. This is the Napa chicken sandwich. If I would have ordered a lettuce sandwich, I would’ve hit the jackpot. There were two bites worth of sandwich here. Really panara?! ?
