Allpress Espresso started in New Zealand, now has a roastery in Zetland, Sydney, has opened a café in London and is slowly spreading its brand to cafés all over Sydney. They even have an iphone app to help you track down their brews. Much like Flint and Steel , Allpress Espresso in Zetland is a coffee roaster as well as a café, but in the case of Allpress, it's more than a hole-in-the-wall. It's all slick stainless steel, marble bench tops and sheets of glass, industrial-chic with a touch of retro fitting right into its Zetland surrounds. The only coffee in Sydney with its ear to the ground when it comes to ironing out riots over stringed instruments is Allpress. They are the great coffee roasters of the people, the ones with Karl Marx beards and unfashionable shorts. The ones who don’t care if you’re tall and white and order a double ristretto in a latte glass and call it a “dub ritzy” just the same as if you were a kid struggling through school who deals drugs on the side so that he can one day start the Redfern Philological Society. We’re all welcome. This is coffee, not art, not science, damn sight not politics, it’s coffee. A man’s coffee, if you’re a man. And if not, a tough woman’s coffee, for the right now.
Great coffee roaster in Zetland. A hub of activity early in the morning having breakfasts and coffees. There a roaster out the back and coffee brewing inside. It's obviously all press brand. Food on offer too, some interesting toasts sandwich options and salads. I got a poached fruit and yoghurt bowl which was really nice a bowl of yoghurt, Apple, berries, strawberries and banana. I really liked this place and keen to go back for a bigger breakfast.
Sensational coffee, food is of great quality and really imaginative, with some truely exotic ingredients and combinations, with a price to match, if there is not many people there service is great, if it is busy however, staff love to small talk to customers and this makes it very slow

A short stop to Allpress for a very quick lunch. Service prompt and friendly. Basic, straight-to-point menu leaves is easy to choose from a nice little offering. Coffee good, and food delivered quickly. It would be nice to see it open on Sunday.
Coffee? Well these guys are a premium roastery so it is as good as you'd expect. Service? Amazing! <br/ Food? Simple yet effective.<br/ <br/ Such a great experience every time. Not as flashy as some places but I kinda like that
Came here after sending families to the airport. The place is great for a nice coffee and a quick snack. They have a big coffee roasting space in the back which is impressive. The staff are nice and welcoming too.
This is my favorite cafe in Sydney atm. The coffee is great! and very consistent, the food selection is simple, but taste great and the staff are very friendly. If i lived in the area ill be there all the time.

Have had Allpress coffee at a number of cafes but this was my first experience at an Allpress cafe. Was certainly worth crossing Epsom road. Allpress.. more like impressed
