I realize it was Motherâs Day and they were busy but the waitress certainly could have been more Friendly. Food service took for ever and we actually went minutes without seeing our waitress, mind you this isnât a huge place. Maybe sears people. We saw the other waitress many times but never saw ours. Refills were hard to come by and at minimum I would have expected a comment from the waitress that she was sorry for the delay and slow service. That didnât happen. We were a party of with kids so of course it will be hectic. Very difficult to keep little ones busy for such a long time. I understand that it was Mother's Day, but we waited an hour just to get our salads. We were never asked if we wanted more cocktails and when we asked the manager to refill a soft drink, her response was to say she'd get our waitress. You have to pay for the refill of pop and it would have been nice to comp that since we had to wait so long to eat. We were there for hours from the time we sat down until we left. We did not order appetizers or dessert.
Went for dinner on a Saturday evening with a party of seven. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Although the service was a bit slow, it was nice to be able to sit and enjoy a good meal. We were not rushed like some other restaurants who just want to rush people in and out. We were able to eat, enjoy our meal and visit. We will return.
Restaurant cancelled my reservation minutes before we supposed to be there Drove miles when call was received. I will never go to amalfi's again nor will I ever use open table again. Management could care less about patrons .

I usually go mid week because of their special on Wednesday. Always very good food. Service is good and attentive. The sausage and escarole is something I keep going back to. True Italian flavors. Must try.
The service was terrible. The food was bland although the portions were huge. All in our party agreed that the only good food was the desserts. We will never return, and cannot recommend this restaurant.
Took hrs minutes for appetizer and entree. No dessert Service kitchen was horrible. Long time customer but may not go back. Same thing to tables around us. Many people upset.
On the whole, the experience wasn't too bad. The food as usual was very good, however the service was a little slow the night we dined there.

What a wonderful restaurant! Atmosphere, service and quality food were all superb. This is now our favorite Italian restaurant.
A wonderful place to eat. Everyone was very nice and made you feel welcome. The food was great.
