I have to say, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. If I hadn't been there before, I certainly wouldn't be inclined to return. The staff could use some improvement, particularly PENNY, who seemed quite unpleasant. She appeared to rely heavily on the manager for assistance, which was frustrating. Additionally, the wait times were excessive. Whether you’re there for lunch or a family gathering, the service I received was far from satisfactory. I really expected better.
