Horrible experience. And the worst customer service ever. I ordered a CHICKEN SHAWARMA (Gyro) WRAP and it tasted the worst ever. I called them with good intentions to explain what happened and the response was “ we are working since 15 years and no one ever complain but you”. when I went back to the restaurant and ask him to taste the sandwich he refused and said “I can’t satisfy all taste”. EXCUSE ME it is not about different taste the sandwich is BAD and the garlic sauce is expired or something. Never ever again!
I ordered a falafel wrap, and it was very unappetizing and stale. It seemed like it had been sitting out for days before they just warmed it up and wrapped it. The falafel was very dark on the inside, which isn't typical for chickpeas. I don't know what was going on with that. I definitely won't be going back! They're serving old food—shaking my head!
I am a fan of their Shawarma, very rich in flavor and juicy. This time i tried their new Addition called Gavourma , which is pulled beef braised in butter. Very tender and very tasty. They have all kinds of grilled chicken, beef, lamb and Burger kebab. My regular stop when i am in the area. The staff and service are great.
We order delivery from here weekly (sometimes multiple times a week... because it is our absolute FAVORITE. We always get the Ani Bowls with rice pilaf, Greek salad, shawarma chicken, and the garlic sauce (10 stars for the garlic sauce alone WOW and it is still just as delicious every time.

This is hands down the best shawarma I've ever had in Massachusetts. I highly recommend adding fries to any sandwich; they're incredibly good and crunchy!
Fantastic and reliable takeaway. Favorite falafel and hummus in the area. The garlic spread is very tasty. Great pilaf and added seasonings to the salad.
