Anjelica’s had overrated written all over it but wow was I wrong. It has a lot of hype and overall it lived up to it. The cauliflower with gremolata was a perfect start to the meal. The olives stuffed with pork and fried were unique and a nice snack. For dinner we got the sole with lemon sauce. So good. My favorite thing was the carrot fettucine with ragu. That is a must order. I am coming back just for that! The homemade potato chips were a nice snack but not sure I would reorder. The flourless chocolate cake with ice cream was not my favorite. The food did take a while but all good. Byob just so you know. Prices are high but I guess the byob makes up for it. Will be back!
hands down best food in nj. service was amazing. the waiter knew every court. what it was, how it was cooked. apps and dinners made on the whole top and to order. grilled octopus was like butter. longoustine garnels like tender lobster. dinner can come a few minutes, but delicious hot. home art atmosphere and small inside. with 4 of us, all very happy. a go they try it here.
Food is good, but none of the dishes were great. Chicken, calamari and meatballs were very good. Desserts all horrible. Service was good, but again not great. Atmosphere was definitely on point, but slippery floor and staff tends to hang around the floor together blocking the entryway to the bathrooms. Oscar stood out for being hospitable thanking us goodbye. Food: 3
Impeccable in every single regard. Service, food, atmosphere leagues above any restaurant experience we have ever had. Easily in the top 10 restaurants in the world; and that’s not hyperbole. Excellent food and service. One of the best Italian meals I’ve had in a very long time. fantastic! that wait for the reservation worth. for this special occasion call well in advance. at least one month!. yes, that was the special. anthony our server made it great with his attention also in such a busy setting
great food. attentive waiter, loved our Brazilian waiter. byob. not easy to get a reservation and they still have to wait, but so it is worth it. delicious! we were here often, and the fig remover is a must!
