Walk in Kaysersberg around 11:15. Search for a kouglof. Attracting bakery in view of its location and exposed products. No more bread. We still take a kouglof. At the time of eating: disappointment. This is not what we usually taste: no almond, the dough looks like grape bread. They have no taste. All is sprinkled with ice sugar (too) to make a style. It does not taste a traditional Alsatian kouglof and the price is no more advantageous than elsewhere. I don't advise.

In kayserberg there are not many shops, only 2 bakery. But when we compare prices we quickly understand why there are so many people in this one.
