So there has been a trend at this Applebee's of making people wait for no reason. Thisbis an ongoing issue that when i talk to people waiting theyball say the same thing.The hostes, manager or whomever is seating you will tell you there is a 15 to 20 minute wait for a table for 4. Meanwhile you can clearly see at least 10 4 tpps clean and with no people. I asked the manager why they just don't sit everyone waiting at the avaliable tables. The response i got was, that's what the computer tells her. Idk how common sense can just go out the window. The service here is just been trash and it's a shame. My server was wonderful so this has nothing to do with them. The management is horrible and so...
Without a doubt, this is one of the best Applebee's I've visited in a long time. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff is fantastic too—friendly and attentive. Crystal, the manager and bartender, is truly a gem. She's hardworking, outgoing, and a joy to chat with. I always look forward to coming here after a long workday to relax, enjoy some beers at the bar, and savor a great meal. Keep up the excellent work! You're all doing an amazing job!
The chicken tenders and boneless wings were absolutely disgusting more burnt bread crumbs than chicken very greasy I don't know what happened I thought they used to be good. East Islip Applebee's quality has gotten very bad servers were nice but food
As for parking, there's plenty available around the restaurant, and since it’s situated within a larger shopping center, the back lot offers ample space, even when Applebee's is busy.

The food was really yummy and the wait was not long at all. The food was fresh and our waitress Areesha was so hospitable and nice. I would definitely go back just for her.
Service and atmosphere was fine, but the food was not. The mozzarella sticks were so salty they were almost inedible. The whiskey hamburger had a strange aftertaste.
The food was quite simple and didn't impress us much. The servers were friendly, though.
