Our server was Jaimie W. She was polite in the beginning, but when my friend placed the order, she was a little shocked we knew what we wanted. Then, she brought us the bill halfway through the meal without asking us if we wanted anything nor if the food was good. It felt like we were being rushed right out of the restaurant without a care. We were going to do the molten lava cake as dessert but decided not to as we must have been a burden to her.We got the appetizer sampler. The spinach-artichoke dip was good, but the chips were stale. We went on a Friday night as we were passing through the area. The wait was about 1/2 hour, and it was fun to watch the hostess tell would be patrons different wait times. High school kids were usually told 45 minutes, while everyone was told between 20 minutes to 1/2 hour. The restaurant was very clean and the waitress was really efficient. Food was good and at a reasonable price. I had the ribs, I ordered the 1/2 portion which was more like an appetizer then a meal. My mother in law obtained the strawberry salad which was quite large. We went for dinner. The food was delicious as usual and the server was extremely nice and friendly. The reason I'm giving 5 stars is because it was a little busier than usual and I saw the manager step in to help the servers deliver food to the tables. He was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed, he was very upbeat. I just thought that was super cool of him to do. Not many managers step in to help like that. I wish I would've gotten his name. He deserves to be recognized. We can't wait to come back!
Really enjoyed our lunch here!. The waitress we had was so friendly. I could they were understaffed but let me tell you, the staff was working their butt off to make sure every customer was happy and taken care of. Also this is the first time being in a restaurant and seeing one person dedicated to just cleaning and sterilization taking place at every table and chair when each group of people left their table at the end of their meal. Great job by the staff and management of this restaurant!!!!

I love it here so much staff is friendly, and the food is amazing and the appetizers are so good especially the pretzel bites there amazingly good I would highly recommend them, and they are super reasonable with prices we go there every time we go out to eat
I had a terrible experience at the restaurant. We ordered nachos topped with beef for our appetizer, and they were quite dry. The guacamole was a dark color and tasted stale. As for the boneless wings...
The food was decent. However, the waitress clearly lacked training in clearing away dirty plates as she walked by without picking them up. Appetizer plates shouldn't be left sitting on the table...
Excellent meal. Better than expected from a chain restaurant. 4 stars for hot tasty food and 1 extra star for the excellent service from Megan who was professional, courteous and efficient.

Stopped in here after a very long day traveling through. Not only was the service and food great. They also helped us with finding a hotel. Thanks for everything.
