I went to this location off of Cooper by the WinCo and I ordered at the bar the waiter was slow he was okay that's all I'm going to give him didn't seem very interested in conversation or involvement anyways I ordered the appetizer as for extra side of queso he charged me the full $7.99 plus $7.99 and my drinks my ticket ended up to be $30 he said that he couldn't charge me just for cheese I was very upset once I got the bill because I would have never ordered extra cheese and that's what he bought me over however once I got my bill he charged me for a full Nacho so I told him to bring me my chips since I paid for them I didn't want to go back and forth with him however I know that's not how...
Where is the waiter? We waited for 15 minutes before we decided to leave. I hadn’t returned in almost a year due to several bad experiences, but I thought I would give it another chance today. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy, except for a large party on one side that was nearly finished by the time we were seated. A waiter told us they would be with us shortly, but they never returned. We weren’t offered any water, and during our wait, two families who arrived after us received both drinks and had their orders taken. I doubt anyone even noticed we left. This is not how to run a business! It’s frustrating to think about what might have happened if we had decided to wait and order food...
Service was awesome, which is unheard of in the current environment. There were plenty of employees end they were all laughing, helping each other, really enjoying themselves. We had 3 or 4 different people check on us, in addition to two managers. Food was solid as always. Management here is doing it right!

Great vibe, enjoyed the music during my delicious spinach and dip appetizer. We had the Bourbon street chicken and shrimp was perfect. The chicken and shrimp sit on top a mound of onion and mushrooms, on the hotplate. Just fantastic! We will come back, friendly service!
They let us wait for 45 minutes before we asked them where our orders were and they told us that because they forgot to send them to the kitchen. We waited for another 45 minutes before our foods arrived. We had too much patience with them and never come back again.
The service at this restaurant was excellent! I was seated quickly by friendly staff. The food was seasoned extremely well and I enjoyed the music, which appealed to all age groups. I ordered the Impossible Quesadilla Burger and it was delicious.

The wait time was not too long and we were seated promptly. Our server was friendly and had a great sense of humor. The food arrived quickly after we ordered and was both hot and delicious. The drinks were amazing!
The food was excellent and served hot. The staff at the curbside were friendly as well. The broccoli was delicious.
