I really enjoy the hazelnut coffee at this restaurant. The online rewards program is fantastic. I can place my order and pay online in advance, making it easy to pick up my food and coffee quickly. This is especially helpful during busy times near UT Arlington. The online ordering saves me time and allows me to avoid the crowd. Plus, I can earn free food with their rewards program, which is a bonus. The prices are affordable, making it a great option for me as a regular customer.
I have never said that “we only take cash” until I went to this location... Now I understand why there was no big line at 9:30. Tell the customer that I had cash and placed my order. I have to go to the pay window... No one was there; the girl in the pick-up window waved me to draw her. The bill was parked in the waiting area with 2 other cars. SLOWEST Service of all McDonalds I've ever been. 2 stars only cause the food was hot as it should be, as they let me wait for it.
I wouldn't recommend ordering dine-in at the kiosk during peak hours and sitting in the back. They default to takeout orders for everyone and don't bother looking for your order tent to deliver your order to you. You won't really hear your order due to the number of people coming in and out picking up take out. You'll pick up cold food once you ask for your order status in person. Otherwise it is a very nice looking McDonald's that is maintained well.
You know how long it 's been since I 've had a mcflurry? Like, over a year. This place was very clean and has a very nice older lady tell me to 'Not work too hard. ' I was having a bad day is all I 'm gonna say, it was nice to hear. Obviously unbeatable cheap prices, it 's McDonald 's. Highly recommend the app Reserva una mesa ahora
McDonald's has made great improvements. I recently went in for breakfast before my doctor's appointment and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and welcoming the restaurant looked. The staff were all friendly and hardworking. Keep up the good work! Thank you for always serving us with a smile.
I went to McDonald's at this location in Arlington off of Abrams of course the line was long but the good thing about this McDonald's they're quick and usually are very accurate the male manager is very kind overall fast friendly service what else could you ask forFood: 5/5
Ordered Bacon double quarter weight and they forgot the bacon. You didn't even cook the meat completely. And to complete it, not to try because Cuz used the delivery service, so I always call and nobody will even pick up the phone.

Went here after the Bad Bunny concert. There was also a Rangers game, and an other concert going on the same night, so the drive thru was PACKED afterwards. Service was great and speedy. They forgot my ketchup tho ?
