So, this Applebee's has never been know for being great, but the last couple times I've gone it was pretty good. I think that's because I had been going when it wasn't as busy. This time, I went on a Friday night with my folks. My burger was fine, but my parents both got meals with mashed potatoes that were cold. Not like it waited in the window too long and got cold, but more like it was never heated up to begin with. The poor waitress was so overwhelmed with all the people that my mother's beer and my margherita sat on the bar for about 20 minutes before we brought up how long we had waited and she went and grabbed them. She was very apologetic about everything and did her best to fix ever...
This is a typical Applebee's, although the decor and furniture might be a bit dated. My waitress was excellent and very attentive. The food was good, and we didn't have to wait long for it. However, the bathrooms could use some upkeep and a thorough cleaning, though they weren't terrible. Overall, it was just slightly below average for an Applebee's.
The food wasn’t great; it was lacking bread, and the cinnamon bun rolls I ordered were so hard that I had to throw them away. I can’t believe they allow such poor quality food to leave their kitchen. When I called to share my concerns, the manager was rude.
Our server was awesome I can't remember her name but the receipt says Samantha so I hope that's her. We came in before close and We are loud and from the city and she made us feel at home out here in Wyoming she's great. 5 stars! Sorry for being loud hahaha

Went in and was greeted right away. Got drinks and hot food. Stormy was very nice and accommodating and didn't make us wait for anything. All in all a great experience and I will be back.
I went in for happy hour and our waiter was incredibly attentive; he did an excellent job. The appetizers met my expectations.
Stormi was an amazing bartender she made my drink to perfection and made sure we had each of our orders in right away.
This is my go-to spot for me and my best friend. They are very child-friendly here!
