I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the Ruben I ordered was the worst I've ever had. I started eating it right away, and it was ice cold, as if it had just come out of the fridge. None of the sauces I requested were included with my order. When I went to ask for the sauces, the staff completely ignored me until I spoke up about what I was missing. Once I returned to my truck, I was dismayed to find that my sandwich was still cold and unappetizing. This was the first time I've encountered an issue with Arby's, a place I usually love. I wanted to stop by and try the chicken salad sandwich, and since I wasn't far from Arby's, I expected my fries and poppers to be hot. Unfortunately, they were cold, and the chicken salad sandwich was only warm. I checked the temperature, and it was at 58 degrees, which is too low for food safety standards. As someone who works in the food industry, I can tell that this was a significant lapse in quality, and it felt like a waste of my time. I registered on the app to use a voucher, but the person at the window told me they didn't have a scanner, so I couldn't redeem my coupon. This was very disappointing. I submitted the requested information through the link on June 2, 2022, and was eagerly awaiting their response. However, as of June 26, 2022, I still haven't heard back from Arby's. I submitted my information again using the link they provided, but once again, I've been let down by this company.
The staff were incredibly friendly. When I showed up in my large truck, which couldn’t fit through the drive-thru, I knocked on the door. A welcoming woman came out to take my order and told me her husband is a truck driver as well. I really appreciate the extra effort she made to accommodate me! Thank you so much!

I had an excellent experience at Arby's! I was pleasantly surprised to discover they offer a chicken sandwich, and I couldn't wait to give it a try. Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed by a lively and personable manager who was actively helping the busy staff. The location itself is great too!
This restaurant has consistently struggled with management and customer service issues. If they don't plan to keep their dining room open, they should simply remove their sign. Is it really that hard to be straightforward and honest with customers these days?
Decided to give them another try after a year, go to Lee’s location at 7pm and worker has the drive thru block. All she said, very rudely was, we closed and walks off. I will not be coming back to this location.
The lights are on, but it feels like nobody's there. What's the point of having a drive-through closed off when there's a sign indicating it's drive-through only?

The restrooms could use a thorough cleaning and regular maintenance. As someone who has managed restaurants for many years, I can confidently say this.
THEY HAVE THE MEATS! And they were excellent. They also got my order right. If you haven't tried a jamocha shake, it's definitely worth getting one!
