we went through the drive through and the lady almost threw our bag of food at us. she literally ripped the bag with how hard she yanked it. i then had to return inside because she didn’t give us our sauces and i witnessed the cook the entire time i was in there, handling food with his hands, no gloves at all. he would rip lettuce and then rip chicken and bacon(yes the meat was cooked) but still besides the point. he would go from that to then handling buns and roast beef, again with just his hands and no gloves.
The roast beef sandwich and the jalapeños poppers is all I'll buy. The rest of the sandwiches are a meat FLAVORED bread sandwich. Where's the meat!!!!!! Second visit several months later my wanted to try 2 sliders. The buns so dry and stale, thebeef was dry and discolored. The sliders weren't wasted our yorkie ate them.
It took two attempts to get our order right, but they finally got it correct on the second try. As a result, we ended up with a complimentary meal of what we didn't order the first time.
Great costumer service, fresh food , long wait time but it was lunch and very busy. Also the food was steaming hot so the wait was worth it !!

Roast beef was barely warm and dried out. Service was quote good despite poor food quality I will stick to Reubens or Gyros from now on.
I placed an order through the mobile app right before closing time, but they didn’t process it until the next day and still charged me.
They didn't even know how to make the Diablo and the service was terrible. Most of all it was filthy.
I like Arby's for a quick and healthy sandwich. They are a good place to eat in or take out.
