Arby's - Reserva de mesa

Cudahy doesn 't have much for a fast food market. You have two choices McDonald 's or Arby 's. If I have to choose between the two, and fast food is not usually my cup of tea, I go with Arby 's. I have always loved their roast beef sandwiches. This location in my opinion is one of the best. I have been to others, where they have skimped on the roast beef or the restaurant was just dirty. This is an old building, the décor is outdated, but it is still kept clean. The employees have always been friendly. I am extremely disappointed with the way my parents were treated at this restaurant today. They were in the drive-thru, taking their time to look over the menu and discuss their options, but there was no one else in line. The staff member was rude and impatience with them for taking too long. When they mentioned they were still deciding, she told them they could leave. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. My parents, myself, and anyone else I can inform will not be returning to this establishment. The service was horrible. The staff was very impolite and down right rude. In the dinning area you could here the staff talk about their personal life's and swearing every other word. The dinning area was dirty with overflowing garbage. The service was slow and very rude. The food was not equivalent to other local Arby's. If you really want Arby's I suggest traveling to another city. Very very disappointing and a total embarrassment to the whole Arby's franchise. I suggest this Arby's location needs a new owner or management team. Or I suggest this location be shut down all together to stop embarrassing the Arby's franchise

I'm thinking Older! Building, that is. And clientele. And employees. Everything is aged here. The food seems fresh though, so maybe it just needs some TLC. I actually visited an Arby's during dinner time and attempted to order a salad. I had my eye on the roast turkey farmhouse salad, but unfortunately, they were out of it. The staff member was friendly, but it was still disappointing to not have the salad option available.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. All of their fried food had a burnt taste. When I called to express my concerns, the manager was quite rude and seemed to think I was only looking for free food, as if I would want more of that poor quality food.

Terrible customer service!!! I was there on 3 different occasions each time your employees were very disrespectful!! If your employees don't know how to treat a customer, they should look for a different JOB!!
