I rated the service at Arby's 2 stars because I stop by about once a month due to its convenient location near my home. Almost every visit, I either get the wrong order or find items missing from my bag. I've gotten used to double-checking my order before leaving the drive-thru. Although I've contacted Arby's with complaints before and received a coupon for a free item, this doesn't solve the recurring problem. Please take a closer look at the issue and improve the accuracy of your menu orders.
Located within Love's Travel Plaza, this place was bright and tidy during my early morning visit. The travel area was well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. They offered great coffee and a variety of options. It's your typical travel stop, but adding Tesla superchargers would definitely enhance the experience.
Arby's is a waste of money. They serve cold food. It's best to check your order before leaving if you're getting takeout from their menu.
