I've been living near Arby's for over two years, and I’ve consistently had issues with my orders. They are often slow, and I frequently find that my order is incorrect or incomplete. The food can also lack flavor or taste flat. There's an older woman who is usually at the register; she greets customers at the drive-thru with a demeanor that can only be described as unfriendly. There’s rarely a "thank you" or "you're welcome." When I wish her a nice day, she often acts as if she didn't hear me. I try to avoid this Arby's unless I'm really craving their food. Every time I go through the drive-thru, I've experienced a problem with the cash register malfunctioning on three different occasions, at various times and days. The volume of the game being played is extremely loud. I asked the cashier a question, but she seemed completely absorbed in her game and didn't respond. When I said thank you and wished her a good day, she didn't acknowledge me at all. It seems like the only thing she was focused on was the game, which was blaring at full volume.

I went to this place on Sunday 6-5-22 and also drive through loudspeakers, I was instructed to come into the facility. I only testify to one person sitting on the pause on the pavement. she came to ask me that my order did not appear that she washed her hands and no gloves. I want chicken tenders, again, no gloves that all the others had bypassed with food they had to accept them. she also went with my food that I immediately decline my request! no faster eat for me!

A clean and well managed Arby’s. The food was great and the service was fast and friendly. I really like Arby's seasonal milkshakes. So I got it here and they've all been done well. I give him four stars, because during the noon it can be overcrowded and the ride thru line becomes a nightmare. But this is not the fault of the staff. Reserva una mesa ahora

I don't know how this location received a 4.0. I cameand received a classic beef made with chesse and there was barely any cheese on it. The bread was hard and the fries were cold. The cashier also had an attitude and purposely did not give me my cup of water even though he fixed it and had it in front of him.

Sign on door says dining room is open. When I tried, the door was locked. I was there at 8:30 and the sign said the dining room was opened until 10. I used the drive thru. Service was very slow as it took an additional 15 minutes to get my food

They do not close at 12 a.m. is false advertisement anybody who wants to sue please pursue this is America this is the new standard businesses can close whenever they feel like it
