Arby's - Reserva de mesa

I get the greek gyros a few times a week. Delicious. Would give 5 stars if the drive thru line wasn't long every time I go. One night I sat in line nearly an hour only to get halfway home to discovery the bag contained roast beef sandwiches instead of gyros. Had to drive back and wait inside for some time to get the order corrected. This photo is from Sept 22, today, I choked on plastic that was inside my gyro. I was excited when I pulled up because no one was in line, but my gyro was warm, not hot, and it had plastic in it. I went inside and showed the young lady, she has it prepared again. I had a very simple order #1 with fresh fries and extra sauce, and the only reason they received 3 stars is because the beef and cheddar was great! When I received the order I immediately sent the cold fries back. The young lady bought me fries backthat they must have dropped in back in the oil and now instead of fries I had hot potato chips. Will not go back to this Arby'sever again. Totally ignored the fact that I ask for fresh hot fries!

EVERYTHING I ordered was hot fresh. I had the lamb gyro with curly fries and also a cherry ? and apple ? turnover for sweet snacks later. I was impressed!!! The quality of the gyro was REALLY good for a fast food place. The portion of toppings and meat were more than I expected. I thought it would be skimpy but it wasn't at all. It was so GOOD!!! I wish there was an Arby's close by my house. It was a great experience ?

We were pleasantly surprised by the great customer service right from the moment we walked in. Chris, who took our order, was fantastic! He managed to multitask by taking orders and assisting the kitchen, all while checking in to see if we needed anything as we ate. This is truly a place that knows how to provide outstanding service! No one is taking orders at the drive thru. I?ve been sitting for 20 minutes. It is currently 12:46 pm. People are pulling off from the drive thru. I guess I?ll take my money to Steak N Shake which is next door. And the link provided to share concernsdoes not work so the poor service will continue.

I ordered a single for $6.99 but decided to go all out and got a double for just four dollars more. I have to say, the Wagyu bacon ranch burger was delicious. It wasn’t dry at all, and the sauce complemented the burger perfectly. I’m really satisfied with my choice! No need for dinner after this!

Today the guy running drive thru was the best most up beat person I have ordered from in a long time! I think he was better than most of the people from the ChickA place!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant, and the customer service was outstanding! My fried turkey sandwich was absolutely delicious!

I just tried the wraps. OMG, I'm still gonna say it. They are as good or better than that chicken place that has those cows as advertisers.
