Arby's - Reserva de mesa

The food was good and our order was accurate. We arrived around 3 PM on a Sunday. The person who took our order didn’t smile or offer a friendly greeting or farewell, but she handled everything efficiently. We ordered a classic sandwich and a turkey wrap for takeout—just those two items. It took a bit of time for the order to be prepared, maybe around 10 to 15 minutes. While we waited, I overheard what sounded like an argument between two employees in the back, with someone shouting, "Stop!" and mentioning that they were on second shift, not first. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered my food at the drive-thru, and when I took a bite of my sandwich, it was cold, as if they had just slapped it together. I decided to go inside to get a new sandwich, hoping it would be better, but it wasn't. I always thought Arby's was the place for a nice, hot sandwich, but it seems like every time I go there, my sandwich is lukewarm or cold. I'm going to make it clear next time that I want a fresh sandwich right off the grill!

I had a very simple order #1 with fresh fries and extra sauce, and the only reason they received 3 stars is because the beef and cheddar was great! When I received the order I immediately sent the cold fries back. The young lady bought me fries backthat they must have dropped in back in the oil and now instead of fries I had hot potato chips. Will not go back to this Arby'sever again. Totally ignored the fact that I ask for fresh hot fries!

A couple of weeks ago, I visited Arby's drive-thru and ordered their buffalo chicken sandwich, which was on promotion—two for seven dollars. However, there was an overwhelming amount of buffalo sauce that completely covered the chicken. To enjoy the sandwich, you might need to wipe off some of the sauce to make it more enjoyable. No one is taking orders at the drive thru. I?ve been sitting for 20 minutes. It is currently 12:46 pm. People are pulling off from the drive thru. I guess I?ll take my money to Steak N Shake which is next door. And the link provided to share concernsdoes not work so the poor service will continue.

I ordered a hamburger without buns, toppings, cooking, flavor, or meat. I'm surprised they served me this burger (see picture). I give it 5 stars. Thank you!

I just tried the wraps. OMG, I'm still gonna say it. They are as good or better than that chicken place that has those cows as advertisers.

The manager, Laquanda, is outstanding! She is extremely polite and very customer-oriented. What a great personality!
