10/21/23 If you're reading this, RUN!!!! Save yourself the time and frustration by driving to the Center Twp or the Baden locations. I live three blocks from this location (New Brighton) and the order is wrong EVERY TIME. By the time the order is made right, the food is usually cold. Using the drive thru is no better, and it's own hellacious nightmare. In the drive thru, you have to pull over 9 out of 10 times to still get the wrong order. Just be warned, if ordering takeout, eating in, or doing the drive thru, your order will be wrong. Trying to get a refund is just as bad as getting order right. Lets hope a Burger King is built across the street.
Past three times I 've visited I sat at the speaker box in silence for 5+ minutes with nobody in line. I drove off the previous two times. This afternoon though, I legitimately had to say Hello? , only to be greeted with laughter from a young womanfollowed by Go ahead with your order. It seems to me like they wait quietly to avoid taking orders, or they 're too busytalking and goofing off behind the counter to pay any attention to customers. If I didn 't live so close, I wouldn 't come back.Rude and distant service.
Do yourself a favor and stick to the one by the mall. This one can never get anything right. I?ve had issues every single time I?ve come here. Last time I was served cold food, with cold French dip. And ordered an orange cream shake but for some reasongot jamocha mixed in with it and it was so gross. This time, I didn?t even get my French dip with my order, and all of the roastbeef smelled bad so I wasted $40. The one in Monaca always gets it right so I?m just sticking with them from now on.
I?m still here. Figured I?d take the time it takes to simply order to complain about how they function in New Brighton PA. THE WORKERS TAKE AN ORDER, COOK IT THEN TAKES ANOTHER ORDER IT MAKES THE WAIT 10x LONGER. IVE BEEN SITTING IN LINE for 25 minutesand there was only 4 cars ahead of me. The staff is extremely rude and for how expensive Arbys is you?d think they?d want yourexperience to be more enjoyable. Ps to New Brighton PA staff, if you don?t like your jobs, get new ones.

I've gone to this Arby's several times since it's opened, and the food is always fresh and the service top notch. We really think this is consistently the best Arby's we have ever been to. The buns and meat are always very fresh and the fries are hot. Seriously- that's not common much anymore. Great job to this location!
I stop in here often and really enjoy it. Nice new interior, staff is pleasant and efficient and i get the roast beefs and they are very good. Always wanted an Arby's near me and this is a real good store.
Arby's must have been having a bad day. I've been there many times before when everything was great. But this evening they were out of milkshakes, turnovers, and other common things on the menu.
The service was great. The food was underwhelming. The meat in the rueban was so gnarly, it was difficult to chew. The fruit pies were fantastic.

Please put more meat on the gyro! I want the meat more so than the brown lettuce and tomato that was mushy!!
I love their new burger. I add roast beef and cheese with them. Tasty.
