Updated: I understand the world is going through shipment delays but I've been there twice and they were out of, guess what?! Roast beef. ? First review: This location is not exceptional but the 2 to 5 p.m. slider special and value menu is hard to beat when I'm in a rush and on a budget. The staff is hit or miss and the environment is usually somewhat clean. The other thing this location has going for it is that it's not typically very busy so I never have to wait too long.
It was around 4:30 in the afternoon, and I was the only customer at the restaurant. I placed my order and drove up to the window, where they took my payment and handed me my drink. After that, I was completely ignored. I waited there for five minutes until the manager came to the window and asked why I was still sitting there. I explained that I had placed an order and paid for it, but they had just forgotten about me! I can't believe how poor customer service has gotten!
The drive thru staff were incredibly professional and very customer service oriented! I love Gyros. I’ve only had them from Greek restaurants. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting very much at all.. To my delight, I was seriously impressed with the quality! This will be a minimum weekly stop for me. Thank you all!! Great all around!!!
The restaurant was very busy, but the service was very fast. The staff may not be overly friendly, but considering how busy they were during lunch, it didn't affect the overall experience. They were not rude. Each dish was freshly made and perfectly cooked. Reserva una mesa ahora
The service at the counter was a bit slow as the team was busy preparing a large order. However, once our food arrived, we were pleased with the quality. We ordered the fish and found it to be delicious. The prices were also reasonable.
I tried the Diablo Dare Chicken Sandwich and didn't realize it was part of a TikTok challenge haha. I'm sitting here with my mouth on fire, but I handled it like a pro.
I requested my food to be prepared fresh, but they told me it wasn't possible. Additionally, the staff seemed unprofessional.
