First off I'd like to address the other reviews saying this restaurant does have slow service. I agree ???? percent but with one caveat, I saw this only during lunch. You see after lunch they close at 3pm to get ready for the busy dinner rush. So unfortunately if you want a fast late lunch break you might not be able to get it here depending on the time of your visit. I myself found my lunch with my guest super relaxing. We had plenty of time to chat and eat an appetizer before our main lunch course was served. I would maybe agree they should warn you before you sit down near the 2pm time frame, that it'll take awhile. I figured the long wait was because of the break before dinner and the ow...

If you are a fan of Mediterranean cuisine, be sure to check out this restaurant! The service is a bit slow, possibly due to the small kitchen with only one person working. However, the wait is worth it. My favorite dishes are the beet salad, grilled octopus, and chicken kabobs. They serve fresh seafood daily, but I once had a bad experience with the scallops. Although they initially disagreed, they did remove the dish from the bill. After waiting a few months to return, we now avoid ordering the scallops and have enjoyed everything else we've tried. Despite being empty during busy times, I hope the restaurant does not close down anytime soon.
I ordered take-out for New Year’s Eve. Hummus, Babaganoush, Chicken Pastilla, Chicken Tagine with Apricots Roasted Almonds, and Berber. Everything was absolutely divine! Not a single complaint to be had. Even my kids loved everything and wanted more! I am disappointed I didn’t order more, we didn’t have enough leftovers. (Orders are enough for 1 person, not really for sharing) But then we have reason to come back again! I went to this restaurant over the weekend for a double date. It was recommended to me by a friend's mom, and I was not disappointed! The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive. The highlight was the delicious food - even though we each ordered our own dishes, we ended up sharing because it was so tasty. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for unique but approachable food.
The scallop special at this restaurant was amazing. The scallops were cooked perfectly, large, delicate, and delicious. The Turkish salad included hummus, eggplant salad, carrots, roasted red peppers, beets, and warm pita quarters, all of which were delicious. We always come back for the consistently delicious food and great service. The Turkish dessert was rich, with complex spices and flavors. I highly recommend it.
Our server seemed unhappy with our order for some reason. Two of us ordered salads and two appetizers. After we placed our order, she asked if that was all.
