I was very disappointed with my experience at Asian Noodle. The food lacked flavor and was poorly presented. On top of that, the restaurant was extremely dirty. My partner and I were the only customers dining there, and every table was covered with old food, with trash on the floor as well. It was clear they hadn’t cleaned at all—everything was dirty, dusty, and sticky. One employee was just sitting on his phone instead of tidying up. Another employee eventually cleared some plates but didn’t wipe down the tables or sweep the floor. I wouldn’t recommend this place; there are many other excellent ramen spots in Madison that are much better.
I have been a regular at this restaurant for the past two years, but I have decided to stop going. The quality of the food has declined significantly. My noodles often come with moldy onions and cabbage, which is unpleasant. The noodles themselves lack flavor, and even the crab Rangoons are soggy and not as tasty as they used to be. I’m not sure what changed, as this was once my favorite spot, but I can no longer eat here.
I think it's fair to say that I'm mildly obsessed with Asian Noodles as a quick and easy stop when I'm feeling a bit hungover or getting over a cold. With a huge range of dishes (even though I always get pho) including vegetarian versions of just about everything, it's easy to enjoy a small meal alone or with a friend or two.Vegetarian options: There's a veggie option for just about every type of dish they offer
The cups at Asian Noodle were very dirty, with visible stains on every cup they had on display. It's puzzling why they can’t properly clean their cups. When we asked for a new one, they just gave us another dirty cup. As for the menu, the pho was extremely bland—practically just watery broth—and the meatballs had a strange taste. I won’t be returning and strongly recommend others avoid this place as well.

Delicious! One of my favorite Asian restaurants in Madison. I really enjoy the crab rangoons—they’re a bit on the sweeter side, so keep that in mind. The pan-fried noodles with hand-pulled noodles and beef are fantastic, as are the pan-fried chicken dumplings. Everything was tasty and served quickly. Portions are generous, and I’ll definitely be returning.
I ordered takeout of fried noodles with vegetables and tofu, but I was shocked to find a piece of meat in my meal. To make matters worse, I noticed several black spots that turned out to be bugs, likely from unwashed broccoli. This experience has left me feeling disgusted and incredibly disappointed, especially since I used to love dining here.
I truly enjoy eating at this restaurant. The food is always tasty and fairly priced. Whenever I'm in Madison, I make it a point to dine here because it’s definitely worth it. I believe it’s one of the top dining choices in Madison.
It's quick and tasty, which is all we're asking at this tiny spot. There's about five tables inside to sit and eat, but it's a great pick-up or to go spot .

Overall a delightful meal. For dine in I'd recommend going around 5pm when it's less busy.
Most delicious hand pulled beef noodle soup in Madison. Dumplings are delicious as well.
