I bought this morning at Sauveterre de Béarn, servings of caramel pork and was extremely disappointed! The rice was much too cooked, the few pieces of meat were dry, without flavor and the little sauce had been absorbed by rice...I threw the rice without sauce that was really not good or more than half of the barrel...I added a lot of salt but it did not change much to this dish without flavor, insipid. I also bought some vegetable samoussas that were pretty good but very expensive in view of their very small sizes...Bref, I will not return to it anymore
